Got these from my madrinha today. Real cute firefly earrings, can't remember the last time I bought bijus for myself. She got me other hoop earrings as well, mine were all rusty and old. Not real gold or anything, of course. Am happy.

I started getting white hairs when I turned 31. Now, at the ripe age of 37, they're still few and far between, I think you'd only notice them if you got closer to me. From 10AM to almost 10PM today, we had a power outage. A lightining strike on a nearby post, and it took the newly privatized power company 8 hours to get here and take a look… This world is great.
