body{ h1 { display: none; }} .title h1{ display: block; } I made this blog to get back to the tiny scribbles, the little things that I could make, and let those little things make me. I wanted those tiny scribbles to not just be the random things I drew for myself, but I wanted them to make me learn things and get...

I found that some of the doodles I make for other people are the most rewarding. I love making art for you guys on bear, trying to bring your ideas and wishes to life. So for the bear blog community, I would be open to making a few pixel art pieces without any cost, if it's under 64x64px, with one piece per person....

March is not halfway done, but I ended up collecting a lot more doodles than I thought, so here they are. I finally finished Pirate's button, it was kinda hanging over me since January, so I'm glad I just sat down and made those frames for the button. Ever since Zeina changed her blog's name, I've wanted to sort of...

Once in a while I wonder about the artists on bear blog. They have a dedicated art page like me, but I never end up opening that page most times unless they make a post. So I'm putting my doodles out whenever I end up collecting enough. I encourage you to do the same if you already don't, fill my RSS feed with your...

disclaimer: part of this post contains an off the cuff conversation about gen AI, and its effects on bear's discovery page. It's been slightly less than a year since I started reading blogs including the ones on bear as part of my reduced internet consumption habits. I wanted a more casual reading diet away from my...

With a serious lack of holiday themed cosy maths in the advent calendar, I present some titbits about this snowflake looking thing called the von Koch fractal. It's fascinating enough to be useful for time travel. Okay, that's obviously a lie, but not entirely - the characters in the novel The Curve of the Snowflake...

I've heard from a couple of people that they'd love to make a bear card, and even have it in their to-do list or open tabs, but never found the time or got overwhelmed. For those people, if the time you need or the overwhelming feeling is from installing and configuring the software to get you started, I made a...

A bear card is a tiny pixel art postcard that you can send to your fellow bear bloggers as appreciation, represent your own blog or just make silly things on fun tiny canvases. Grab a template or go to the gallery to learn how to make your own and view the current collection. how it started - pixel cliquesAva...
